I’m very disappointed with my experience with Framer’s billing and support. I was charged for yearly subscriptions that I do not use and, as far as I know, did not activate myself. The charges include “Basic Site Yearly” and “Personal Locale Yearly”, with invoices of €125.57 and €435.60. My main issue is that I do not need this setup and have not actively used it. I also noticed that I had been paying around €30 per month, while a lower plan of around €10 per month would have been more than enough for what I need. My web developer reviewed the situation as well and advised me to contact Framer support, because the billing setup does not seem correct for my website or actual usage. When I contacted support, I was told that a refund may not apply according to their policy. However, I don’t think this should be treated as a standard refund request. I believe Framer should properly review why these subscriptions were active, why I was charged for them, and whether this setup was correct in the first place. I do not think it is fair to be charged for a yearly setup that I did not knowingly activate, do not need, and have not used. In my opinion, a refund or credit for the unused period would be a reasonable solution. Overall, I expected more transparency, clearer billing, and better support when dealing with this kind of issue. At this moment, I cannot recommend Framer based on my experience.

Recently had an issue with a third party plugin - the team at framer were all over it over the past 5 days. They are responsive, professional and great to deal with. The issue was resolved and they checked in afterwards, highly reccomend. A great platform that’s intuitive and enjoyable to use - you can easily loose days creating websites, not because it’s difficult, but because it’s enjoyable. Give them a shot, much more comfortable to navigate than the ither rigid jenky big name platforms.

I can't explain how much I love this software, I never had any plan to becoming a designer, but couple of months ago I came a across a random YT video about framer and then just browsed FRAMER in Google and within few seconds of browsing I was superly amazed of this software. And boom. Now I am becoming a designer which I have never thought of or planned to. And their customer service is too good. I had a problem with editing accordion, and I mailed them for help. They not only helped me solving this, their team screen recorded the whole process and mailed it to me. Then the next day they mailed me again to check on me if my problem was solved or do I still need help. Love them. Love framer. Long way to go. Keep it up guys.

This platform is great except for when something goes wrong. Customer service is actually horrendous. I never leave reviews but my simple needs of a response were not met. Response times were comical at best. I hate having to do this but when needs are no where near met then its necessary.

Really good software and revolutionary vision.
